Pomegranate, Chilli & Lime Drizzle

This amazing drizzle has been a major component of the Saluté menu for over 14 years, and is now available to be the same for you at home.

• Drizzle over spiced and crispy roast pork belly.
• Turn your everyday BBQ’d into something special.
• Drizzle over your bacon and avocado on toast, or French toast
• Fantastic with a bowl of steamed rice or noodles
• Use as a sauce for your favourite chicken or vegetable stir-fry
• Use as an addition to your favourite marinade by adding oil, lime juice and fresh herbs (don’t use neat as marinade, it will burn)
• Use as a base for a dressing for a smoked fish salad with rocket, beetroot, hazelnuts and coriander
• Amazing with crispy fried eggs
• As a base dressing for an Asian style roast beef salad with a touch of sesame oil, lemongrass and ginger.
